How do I measure for my custom curtains?

Curtain Culture provides a detailed guide on their website. You need to measure the width of your ceiling from wall to wall (or inside your cornices) to get the track width. For the drop, measure from the ceiling to the floor at three points (left, middle, and right) and use the largest measurement.

Can I get fabric samples before I order?

Yes, you can order free fabric samples to see and feel the material in your own home's lighting and with your existing decor.

What pleating, lining, and track options are available?

The website offers various options, including Pencil, Smock, Box, S Wave, Single, Triple, and Eyelet pleats. You can also choose from No lining, Dimout lining, or Blackout lining. Track options include wall or ceiling mounts.

What if my curtains arrive creased?

It is normal for new curtains to have creases. You should let them hang and settle, and with time, the creases will fall out. You should not iron or steam the curtains as this might damage the fabric.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom-made curtains are handmade and typically shipped within four weeks of placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

The company accepts returns and will cover return postal charges if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced during delivery. For returns where you have changed your mind, you are responsible for shipping the product back within 30 days of delivery.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can amend order dimensions within two working days of the order date. Orders can be canceled until they are shipped, but a 12.5% service and processing fee applies to all cancellations. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
